GRAPHIC DESIGNER & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT

Description	Salary : 2500 to 3000 QRS Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: 1. Create eye-catching and innovative visual content, including graphics, illustrations, info-graphics, and videos, to be used on social media and other marketing channels. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and marketing materials. 3. Ensure that all design work aligns with the brands visual identity and guidelines. 4. Continuously stay up to date with design trends and technologies to enhance our creative output. 5. Take orders from management to make special posters and post to social media. and boost the content as needful steps. Social Media Management: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following across various platforms. 2. Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media, including posts, stories, and multimedia. 3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build a community around our brand. 4. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize results. 5. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation and budget management. 6. Content Calendar and Planning 7. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting on all social media channels. 8. Collaborate with other teams to gather information and content for social media, including product launches, events, and promotions.
Desired Profile	Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. 3. Demonstrated expertise in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) 4. Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising. 7. Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content. 8. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 9. Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
