Description Salary : 2500 to 3000 QRS Key responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and selection: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers of employment work closely with the recruiting agency and make smooth performance. 2. On boarding and orientation: Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training, orientation materials, and an introduction to company culture and policies 3. Employee records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and electronic formats, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 4. Benefits Administration : Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration 5. HR Policies and compliance : Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulation 6. Employee relations: Address employee questions, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and support to promote a positive wok environment. 7. Performance management: assist in the performance appraisal process, track performance evaluations, and support managers in setting performance goals. 8. Training and development : coordinate and track employee training and development programs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. 9. HR Reporting : Generate HR Reports and metrics to support decision – making And monitor HR-related KPIs. 10. Documentation : Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters of offer, and termination letters. 11. Exit interview : conduct exit interview and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 12. Government work Assistance : Renew worker’s yearly residence maintain record and follow up with concern management
Desired Profile 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 4+ year of HR experience, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. 5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft office suite. 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Problem- solving and conflict-resolution skills. 8. Detail –oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
